Order Processing & Shipping

All orders are custom-made and require [your processing time, e.g., 3-5 business days] to complete before shipping.

Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses.

- Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

All sales are final. Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will do our best to resolve the matter.

- Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly work with you to find a resolution.

We are not responsible for damages caused by shipping carriers, mishandling, or incorrect storage after delivery.

- Customization & Proofing

Please double-check all details before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors in spelling, dates, or image quality provided by the customer.

Proofs are available upon request before production. Once approved, no further changes can be made.

- Non-Refundable Policy

As each item is handmade and customized, all sales are final and non-refundable. We take great care in crafting your order, and each piece is unique.
